It accelerates AP efficiency, reduces exceptions and lays a foundation for broader AI‑powered automation across the invoice lifecycle. Features include:
- AI-driven GL code recommendations trained on historical invoice and vendor data, which cuts coding time and reduces manual workload.

Hyland for Workday Student
Hyland for Workday Student enables seamless integration of cloud-native content management solutions with Workday, delivering document upload, search and management capabilities directly within Student screens, while transforming content into an AI-ready state for intelligent search, summarization and governance. - Enterprise-grade content services delivered natively within Workday Student, supporting the management of high-value business content such as student admissions, advising and financial aid.
- Future-proof architecture built on modern SaaS platforms, enabling rapid deployment, multitenant scalability and extensibility for evolving business needs.
- AI-ready collection of student documents structured for intelligent search, automated governance and contextual insights.
Hyland PACSgear
The PACSgear release focuses on reducing friction for clinical users, improving daily workflow clarity and enhancing search flexibility for imaging teams while continuing to align with enterprise IT standards. Highlights include:
- Single sign-on (SSO) support, which enables clinicians to access PACSgear workflows using their existing enterprise credentials.
- Expanded language support (Swedish).
- User-level job visibility so users now see only the jobs they submitted, reducing visual noise and making it easier to track status and progress within daily workflows.
- More flexible DICOM searches with wildcard support.
- Image Link Plus that now supports wildcard queries, allowing imaging teams to perform faster and more flexible DICOM searches, which is especially useful when complete study details are not known at the time of search.
Hyland Content Federation Service
Content Federation Service is now available in Hyland Content Innovation Cloud™, enabling those AI-native solutions to meet customers where they are and support their work however they like to operate. With this release, customers can now:
- Interact with their structured and unstructured data across multiple repositories and networks regardless of the vendors or how they are deployed.
- Connect Content Federation Service to all of Hyland’s core repositories, plus Microsoft Sharepoint 365.
- Enjoy an extra layer of access control to secure protected connections to both on-premises and cloud repositories.
Hyland IDP
The latest release of Hyland IDP introduces new usability, configurability and accuracy features designed to streamline document review, strengthen data quality controls and provide greater flexibility for solution builders. Release features include:
- Improved quality of extracted data with new configuration options.
- New configuration parameters for validating field values so solution builders gain more control over extraction and can prevent invalid data values from moving forward.
- Configurable extraction confidence thresholds at both project and field levels.
- Optimized user experience with fully customizable forms for Document Review tasks.
- New out‑of‑the‑box IDP dashboards available directly in Automate Studio Admin, so business users gain actionable metrics without extra configuration.
Knowledge Discovery
Knowledge Discovery enables organizations to unlock information across multiple repositories using natural language. Knowledge Discovery agents built using an intuitive point-and-click interface make it easier for organizations to find relevant information and unlock deeper, actionable insights. This release features:
- Centralized guardrail management for Knowledge Discovery agents, giving administrators a single place to review and manage default safety controls for agents.
- New, simple controls for enabling or disabling guardrails and guardrail configuration via API for more technical teams.
- Improved model lifecycle handling for Knowledge Discovery agents by clearly indicating when an AI model has been deprecated and will no longer be supported.
Knowledge Enrichment
This release of Knowledge Enrichment enables customers to:
- Describe metadata fields with business context and request multiple output values so Knowledge Enrichment’s context enrichment capability can produce results that align with real domain needs.
- Configure enrichment without custom code, turning everyday business processes into reliable sources of AI-ready content.
Hyland Nuxeo
The latest Nuxeo updates feature MongoDB Atlas Search (MAS), which brings native, streamlined search into Nuxeo. With this release, Nuxeo includes:

- Another architectural option (it lives alongside Elasticsearch rather than replacing it).
