Enterprise Agents excel at analyzing data, summarizing content and taking action on your content. For instance, they can analyze documents to identify if the only required action is to contact someone. They can also identify duplicate pages between related documents to recognize content a user may have already seen. However, a current limitation is that while they can identify such duplicates, they do not automatically remove them; this action would need to be handled as a separate step.

Can Agent Builder’s Enterprise Agents work with data in external repositories or data lakes without moving it?

Yes, Enterprise Agents can view and act on content inside your own data repositories, including data lakes or SharePoint, without requiring you to move that data into Hyland Content Innovation Cloud™, Hyland’s unified content, process and application intelligence platform. Do Enterprise Agents replace the need for capture functionalities and tools like OCR, IDP or Hyland Brainware?
