So, how will this affect you? In the near term, the change will be minimal. From a support perspective, continue to leverage your standard mechanism to request assistance. In instances where we will be transitioning account managers or support, we’ll communicate those changes in short order.
Over the long term, Alfresco customers can look forward to confidently continuing their use and expansion of the Alfresco products, whether they are on-premises or cloud-based deployments. Future Alfresco versions will, in turn, enable customers to seamlessly leverage other areas of the Hyland portfolio. These include Hyland Experience Platform (HxP) — our recently launched, next-generation, cloud-based platform — and newly developed HxP components, such as Hyland Experience Capture.
