AP Processing Rules
The AP Processing Rules within the OnBase AP Automation solution provides additional automation capabilities through a set of configurable rules that help reduce data entry on non-PO invoices. These rules are enabled or disabled by an administrator, providing the flexibility to realize additional automation during the coding, approval, posting to the ERP or adding payment terms process. This release:

AP Invoice Approval App 3.1
With release 3.1 of the AP Invoice Approval App, access to invoice information across the enterprise is increased through a view-only license. Non-AP and non-OnBase users can now access invoice images and associated data more easily and whenever needed. This new release:

Enables invoices to be found faster with filters for invoice header information
