Opening Keynote: Realising the Content-Powered Agentic Enterprise

AI is creating unprecedented opportunities, but also unprecedented complexity. As organisations race to adopt agents, automation and new AI models, the real differentiator is not the model itself. It is enterprise context. Join Hyland as we unveil our vision for the Content-Powered Agentic Enterprise, where governed enterprise content, data and AI work together to automate document-centric processes, accelerate decision-making and deliver measurable business outcomes. Learn why content is the foundation of enterprise AI, how organisations can unlock the value hidden in unstructured information, and what it takes to move from Human ETL to agentic automation. Through live demonstrations of agentic solutions and a practical technology blueprint, discover how to build an agentic enterprise without replacing your existing systems, processes or cloud strategy. Leave with a clear roadmap for turning enterprise content into a strategic advantage and accelerating business performance in the AI era.

BREAKOUT SESSION GROUP 2 - HEALTHCARE Why Intelligent Automation Matters in Healthcare Informatics

"Healthcare doesn't have an information problem. It has a context problem." "Today, how much time do your clinicians spend looking for information rather than caring for patients? What if every referral arrived complete, every document was automatically understood, and every clinician started with the full patient story instead of an 80-page PDF?"

BREAKOUT SESSION GROUP 2 - HEALTHCARE Building a Connected Clinical Imaging Ecosystem

This session will showcase Metro North Health’s large-scale transformation of clinical image management, powered by Hyland’s Vendor Neutral Archive (VNA). Managing over 4 billion images across 13.5 million studies and 1.3 petabytes of data—growing by more than 193 terabytes annually—Metro North has established a highly scalable and integrated imaging ecosystem. By leveraging Hyland VNA and the NilRead universal viewer, the organisation delivers secure, rapid access to images for more than 18,000 users and supports critical statewide initiatives such as the Queensland Health Virtual Stroke Service and Statewide Cardiology Information System.
