Learners will examine practical scenarios where user actions trigger AI‑driven analysis, recommendations, and policy validation. The course demonstrates how ad hoc Workflow tasks initiate Automate processes via webhooks, how Agentic AI analyzes data and generates recommendations, and how results are written back to WorkView objects using APIs. A digitized gifting use case is also covered, showing how AI agents use knowledge enrichment to validate receipts against organizational policies. Important: This is a two‑part course delivered in the afternoon. Attendance in Part 1 is required in order to attend Part 2. |
