14:30-15:00 | AI beyond the hype: What actually matters now
This session cuts through the hype to examine what has genuinely endured as organisations apply AI to unstructured data. Based on real customer experience, we’ll explore which approaches have translated into business value, which have fallen away, and what executives should focus on now to move AI from promise to impact.

Speaker:
Jon Whitear, AI Specialist EMEA and APAC

15:00-15:30 | Unlocking your unstructured data leveraging the AI Value Accelerator Program
Seventy percent of organisations are already using or piloting AI agents, with the rest planning deployment in 2026. As pressure mounts to scale AI and show rapid ROI, Hyland’s AI Value Accelerator helps organisations move beyond fragmented experimentation to a clear, value‑led path forward. This session outlines the programme’s Foundation, Catalyst and Transformation stages, with real examples of how organisations are unlocking business value from unstructured data.

Speaker:
David Porter, VP, Global Value and Advising Services

15:30-16:00 | Prompting with purpose – why you might need rules and protocols
As organisations move from AI experimentation to real operational use, prompting can no longer be ad hoc. This session explores prompting as a business capability, focusing on how clearly defined rules, guardrails and protocols provide the context AI needs to deliver consistent, trustworthy and usable results. Attendees will learn why structure matters, how protocols reduce variability and risk, and how disciplined prompting turns AI outputs into insights teams can confidently act on at scale.

Modernizing OnBase UI/ UX with App Builder and Web UI Framework

This course introduces the fundamentals of App Builder and the Web UI Framework, two key tools for creating modern, user-friendly experiences on the OnBase platform. Participants will learn how App Builder enables administrators to deliver role-based, internal applications through point-and-click configuration, and how the Web UI Framework supports responsive, web-based portals for internal and external users. The session focuses on core concepts, basic configuration, and common use cases for each product. By the end of the course, learners will understand when and how to use App Builder versus the Web UI Framework and gain the confidence to begin building simple, effective solutions aligned with organizational needs.

Modernizing Capture with CIC Intelligent Document Processing

Explore Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) within the Content Innovation Cloud (CIC). This AI-powered platform enables low-code document classification and data extraction, transforming unstructured content into actionable information.
The course also introduces Content Federation Service (CFS) and demonstrates how to pull existing document types and keywords from OnBase, allowing organizations to leverage their current metadata models within CIC IDP. Through hands-on exercises, learners will configure document classes, classify files, and extract relevant data. The course concludes with integrating IDP into a Hyland Automate process, resulting in an end-to-end, AI-enabled intelligent capture solution.

Making OnBase Think: Applying Agentic AI Across Workflow and WorkView (Part 1)

This two‑part course explores how Hyland’s Agentic AI can be applied to enable intelligent decision‑making across WorkView and Workflow in OnBase. Learners will examine practical scenarios where user actions trigger AI‑driven analysis, recommendations, and policy validation.

The course demonstrates how ad hoc Workflow tasks initiate Automate processes via webhooks, how Agentic AI analyzes data and generates recommendations, and how results are written back to WorkView objects using APIs. A digitized gifting use case is also covered, showing how AI agents use knowledge enrichment to validate receipts against organizational policies.

Important: This is a two‑part course delivered in the afternoon. Attendance in Part 1 is required in order to attend Part 2.
