Version Browser Extension

In most instances it is desirable for the most recent version of a document to be accessed and viewed. However, in some situations, you may want to access and view older versions of documents.

The Formtek Version Browser Extension allows you to select any older document version in Alfresco® Share and view its Web preview and associated metadata, or download that version.

  • Allows any version of a document to be viewed from within Alfresco Share
  • Displays a Web preview for the selected document version along with its associated metadata in a read-only format
  • Allows you to download the selected document version
  • Installs via a JAR file and includes an installer and an uninstaller
