Brand has demonstrated exceptional leadership throughout her career, most recently as Chief People Officer at PlanSource, where she was hired as the company's first CPO and served as a strategic business partner to the CEO and Board. Prior to this, Brand served as Vice President, HR Business Partner at SAP where she served as a trusted advisor to senior executives and drove global people strategies for organizations. Her expertise in leadership development and fostering inclusive cultures has consistently enabled business innovation and growth across technology enterprises.
