    Recognizing forward-thinking organizations with a bold vision for digital transformation, AWS has harnessed Hyland’s content intelligence and automation to drive enterprise-wide innovation and impact. Faced with the challenge of managing over 85,000 sales assets for 68,000 global professionals, AWS implemented a cutting-edge solution powered by Hyland’s Nuxeo platform and Amazon Bedrock AI services. This resulted in an 80% reduction in time spent, saving over 17,000 hours annually, with automated metadata, intelligent content delivery, AI-driven compliance and localization. AWS has set a bold new standard for content intelligence, proving that visionary thinking and innovative technology can unlock extraordinary efficiency and impact.
     
  • Content Innovation Trailblazer – Benesys
    Benesys, a national leader in benefits administration and insurance services, is setting the standard for innovation by adopting cutting-edge technologies in partnership with Hyland. Faced with the challenge of manually indexing 30,000 documents per month, they embraced content intelligence and natural language search, to not only surpass legacy accuracy benchmarks but unlocked scalable insights -- servicing customers faster, smarter, and more efficiently. Their bold move to replace outdated systems with Hyland’s federated content and querying capabilities has positioned BeneSys as a true trailblazer, setting a new standard for intelligent automation and customer-centric innovation.
     
  • Life-Changing Impact Award – University of Rochester Medical Center
    The University of Rochester Medical Center, whose Cancer Services Program of the Finger Lakes has transformed healthcare access for underserved communities through Hyland’s technology. By replacing decades of paper-based processes with a dynamic electronic medical record system, they’ve revolutionized cancer screening workflows across six counties, empowering real-time collaboration, remote access, and life-saving early detection.
     
  • Customer Experience Award – Manulife
    Faced with traditional system challenges, Manulife -- a leading international financial services provider -- migrated over 10 million documents to Hyland's modern, cloud-based Alfresco platform, unlocking real-time access, faster service delivery, and a secure, scalable foundation for the future. With the goal of making lives better for their customers, the r new solution empowers teams with intuitive workflows, intelligent indexing, and instant search capabilities; ensuring every customer interaction is efficient, personalized, and impactful. With Hyland’s innovation at the core, Manulife didn’t just upgrade a system, they transformed how they serve millions of customers for Manulife Canada Retirement and Retail business.
     
  • Operational Excellence Award – MGM Resorts
    MGM Resorts International, a global leader in hospitality and entertainment, replaced legacy systems with Hyland’s unified platform, integrating across finance, gaming, legal, HR, and guest services. This empowered them with a seamless digital ecosystem supporting over 60,000 employees, 1,300 internal users, and 16,000 external users.
