Recognition fueled solely by customer reviews, delivering objective tech evaluation to potential buyers
Hyland, a leading global content services provider, has received three “Top Rated” awards from TrustRadius, which provides a review-based decisioning platform for technology buyers.
Hyland earned “Top Rated” distinction for its OnBase platform in three categories: enterprise content management software, business process management and case management. To earn Top Rated recognition, software providers must meet these criteria:
- Recency: the product must have 10 or more recent reviews (from the past year)
- Rating: the product must have a TrustRadius Score of 7.5 or higher
- Relevance: the product must earn at least .5% of the site traffic in the category
Independent reviews are growing in importance in the tech buyer journey, as TrustRadius survey data show that 77% of consumers start with self-serve — by looking at reviews for products as opposed to reaching out directly to a company.
