A message about COVID-19

Here at Hyland, providing a safe and exceptional hiring experience remains a top priority. Our Core Valuescore-values guide us through uncertainty, and being an ethical, passionate, kind and customer-focused organization will always drive our decisions.

Are you still hiring?

Yes. Hyland continues to hire for a number of positions throughout the business. Jobseekers can apply online to learn more about current open roles.

How are you conducting job interviews?

We have transitioned to a virtual recruitment process for the foreseeable future. This includes telephone and video interviews and other opportunities to connect with the team virtually.

Will I need to work in an office?

We are focused first and foremost on the safety of our employees as we strictly follow federal, state and regional guidelines in addition to the advice from the WHO and CDC.

Hyland is fully cooperating with the stay-at-home orders in the locations in which we operate. We continue to monitor the situation closely and adjust as needed. Anyone who can do a job remotely is working from home. If an employee must be in an office to perform his or her job, we are following strict safety guidelines and taking precautions to ensure that person's health.

How are you onboarding new employees?

We have a fully virtual remote onboarding process. New employees participate in new hire classes through live instruction as well as independent work through videos, interactive courses and other learning resources. This experience welcomes new employees and helps them get settled while ensuring they have all the information required for a successful start.

What are you doing to keep employees safe and support their mental, emotional and physical health during this time?

Hyland is following strict quarantine rules in alignment with the most up-to-date government guidance. Our remote work protocols reinforce WHO and CDC guidelines to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 and support the practice of social distancing.

We understand many employees may be experiencing increased stress, and we have a range of resources to support their emotional needs, including virtual group mental health sessions on coping with COVID-19, online meditation classes, telehealth therapy sessions and more. Additionally, our fitness center instructors lead remote workouts to help employees stay active, and our dietician offers online nutrition education and one-on-one appointments.

How has COVID-19 impacted Hyland Life?

Being a Hylander has always meant taking time to recharge, and not even a pandemic can stop us from having a little fun – from sharing photos of our pet coworkers to a Zoom background contest to taking our annual 5k virtual. Even while at home, our employees are able to live the #HylandLife and be productive. Teams around the company are sharing new hobbies and giving back to our communities. Hylanders are adaptable and passionate and continue to keep our values at our core.
