We welcome our new OneContent colleagues and customers
What is Hyland announcing?
The completion of our acquisition of the OneContent business from Allscripts.
Why is Hyland acquiring the OneContent business from Allscripts?
OneContent aligns with Hyland Healthcare’s focus on combining information management and enterprise medical imaging with business process and case management capabilities to create an unparalleled suite of solutions. In addition to strengthening and expanding Hyland’s partnership with Allscripts, the addition of OneContent will enhance the Hyland Healthcare portfolio and further our mission to empower healthcare providers, inform critical decision making, and simplify information access and insight.
What are the value and benefits of this acquisition to OneContent customers?
You will benefit from Hyland’s culture of support, partnership and accountability, as well as our experience helping more than 2,000 healthcare organizations manage information and workflows over the past 16 years. In addition, you will have the opportunity to take advantage of the full capabilities of Hyland Healthcare’s suite of information and image management solutions to address your clinical, financial and operational needs.
Will my solutions continue to be supported?
Yes. Hyland plans to continue to support OneContent customers’ current solutions, while enhancing the platform with new features and functionality, refining the integration with Allscripts’ Paragon EHR system and leveraging the complementary capabilities of the Hyland Healthcare suite. Hyland plans to partner closely with Allscripts in these efforts.
What are the plans for future product releases?
