To members of the Hyland healthcare community,
I am excited to share that today we announced the completion of our acquisition of the Perceptive business unit of Lexmark International, Inc. I want to welcome our new customers into our community of healthcare innovators and share my vision for the future of Hyland’s healthcare platform.
Today, more than 1,800 healthcare institutions around the world rely on our information platform, OnBase by Hyland, to manage critical patient data in clinical and revenue cycle settings, as well as manage content across the healthcare enterprise – from accounts payable to facilities management, to human resources, and everything in between. By integrating OnBase with their electronic medical records (EMR) systems, customers improve patient outcomes by surfacing critical content to clinicians at the point of care.
The addition of highly experienced talent and powerful technologies such as Acuo VNA, PACSGEAR and Claron Viewer enables Hyland to extend our best-in-class solution offerings for healthcare customers and positions our platform as THE premier clinical content suite in the industry.
Our commitment to industry-leading innovation in healthcare remains unwavering. By continuing to support and develop these acquired products, we will provide transformative solutions for clinicians by enabling 360-degree views of clinical content.
While we will continue to offer Acuo VNA, PACSGEAR and Claron Viewer as standalone solutions, we’re also working on plans to interface these products with OnBase to offer seamless experiences for our customers who choose to leverage this full clinical content suite.
I’m excited for what’s to come as we continue to expand the Hyland healthcare community and develop our solution offerings, and I look forward to collaborating with all of you.
