Further, Hyland expects its resellers, partners, customers, contractors and vendors to share this commitment to the health and safety of their workers, and operate in compliance with all human rights laws.

Hyland does not use or condone the use of child labor, slave labor or human trafficking, and denounces any degrading treatment of individuals or unsafe working conditions. These human rights commitments extend to our suppliers. Hyland uses a risk-based approach for the management of our suppliers, which includes pre-qualification due diligence processes, appropriate performance requirements and commitments, audit rights, reference review and ongoing supplier monitoring to establish that Hyland's suppliers are suitable and remain committed to human rights.
