Hyland joins Gartner Peer Insights Customer First Program for content services platforms

Program identifies technology providers that pledge commitment to unbiased, representative reviews

Hyland, a leading content services provider, has joined the Gartner Peer Insights Customer First Program, designed specifically to build the trust and credibility between stakeholders in the Gartner Peer Insights community and leading software and services providers. As part of the program, Hyland gained senior-level commitment to invite unbiased reviews from its customer community and ensure it delivers positive and successful interactions.*

As the only content services provider within the Gartner Peer Insights Customer First Program, Hyland’s promise is to become the voice of the customer dedicated to hearing all feedback and setting actionable ways to respond to reviews, concerns and questions. Aligning with its customer-driven product development approach, in the last 12 months Hyland received 69 reviews, with an overall rating of 4.3**, Hyland’s positive reviews encompass feedback across all industries, regions and platforms with themes aligning to delivering superior service, supporting automation strategies, developing feature-rich solutions and empowering users with better information access, collaborations and capabilities on its low-code platforms.
