According to their independent analysis, TermScout Certified ratings are based on AI + expert human review of 750+ data points and benchmarks across thousands of contracts. Hyland’s agreements received high favorability ratings — with the SaaS, PaaS and the Content Innovation Cloud agreements rated 80% Customer Favorable. Hyland’s Content Innovation Cloud contract is more customer favorable than 96% of over 1,000 similar contracts; likewise, its SaaS and PaaS contracts are more customer favorable than 95% of over 1,000 similar contracts.
