• Of the survey respondents who said optimizing clinical workflows and performance is a top five goal, 61% haven’t been effective.
• Exchanging information with providers, payers and other stakeholders outside of the healthcare system is now the top obstacle, followed closely by managing unstructured content.
• On average, respondents are spending 17% of their work week searching for information stored outside of their core systems.
• 59% of the respondents are planning to use or investigating artificial intelligence and machine learning to deliver a more connected care experience.
