Q: Who should attend the User Forum?
This event is open to all customers supported directly by Hyland. We encourage members of your organization responsible for your Hyland solution to attend, including those on your document management team, system administrators, departmental owners, end users and executives.

Q: My Hyland solution is supported through a partner. Can I attend this event?
These User Forums are specifically designed for direct customers. If you are supported through a partner, there are several other training offerings for you to choose from, including: CommunityLIVE, TechQuest, free eLearning training through Training.Hyland.com, Hyland Community, educational webinars through the VOGUEs and OSEG, and TryOnBase.com. Also, some partners have their own events like these User Forums. Please reach out to your reseller for details.

Q: What is the cost to attend the Forum?
There is no registration fee to attend the event. Attendees are responsible for their hotel and travel, if needed.

Q: When is the last day I can register for the Forum?
Online registration will be accepted until midnight two business days before the event. Space is limited and registrations are accepted on a first-to-register basis.

Q: If I received an invitation to attend, am I automatically registered?

No. To register, please complete the registration form.

Q: What is proper attire for the Hyland User Forum?
Please dress comfortably and casually for all sessions and events, keeping in mind that layers work best for classes, where room temperatures often vary.
