NilRead Offer Details

To help our healthcare customers better manage the medical imaging demands related to COVID-19, Hyland Healthcare is offering a license for NilRead enterprise viewer at no charge for six months, and deferring implementation fees for the following use cases:

  • Diagnostic reading from anywhere (for up to 30 concurrent diagnosticians)
  • Image-enabling Epic MyChart

After six months, you can decide to acquire the software at a discounted price or let the license expire. These options are available through September 30, 2020.* 

In an effort to expedite your ability to leverage NilRead, we have devised a rapid deployment implementation plan. Additionally, we will delay invoicing 50 per cent of professional services cost for 120 days and 50 per cent for 180 days.**

NilRead is a vendor-independent, web-based software solution for remotely accessing DICOM images from any VNA or PACS. It leaves no images on the local workstation, keeping patient information protected. More importantly, NilRead can help you better manage the medical imaging demands of COVID-19 by:

  • Enabling radiologists to make diagnostic image interpretations remotely
  • Allowing over-taxed healthcare facilities to easily route medical images to other locations for interpretation
  • Facilitating real-time image collaboration with other providers
  • Sharing medical images online with your patients via Epic MyChart

Our PACSgear Imaging Link Encounter Workflow (ILEW) solution automates order creation for encounter-based images and streamlines the secure routing of these studies to your PACS or VNA.

We are currently offering a license for ILEW at no charge for six months and deferring implementation fees.

Electronic Signature for Remote Care

Electronic Signature for Remote Care is available for customers at no charge for six months, with deferred implementation fees. Offer available for customers who sign Hyland’s applicable contact through September 30, 2020.*

To help our healthcare customers prevent the spread of COVID-19, Hyland’s healthcare division is offering a license for Electronic Signature for Remote Care at no charge for six months, and deferring implementation for the following use cases:

  • Enable patients to click a button within Epic MyChart or your organisations patient portal to complete, sign forms, or upload documents and images.
  • Automate eForms that are prepopulated with the patient’s name, date of birth and medical record number. (For Epic customers only)
  • Index the completed forms to the patient, stored in OnBase and viewable in your EPR.
  • Enable staff to countersign patient forms.

After six months, you can decide to acquire the software or let the license expire.
