The virtual RUG provides attendees with a unique opportunity to network with Hyland customers in various roles and discuss how they are meeting today’s challenges with their Hyland solutions. As RUGs are customer-led, customer-driven and customer-focused events, your participation is key. We encourage you to come prepared with discussion topics that reflect your business needs.

Q: Who should attend the Hyland RUG?
We encourage members of your organization responsible for your Hyland solution and relationship to attend, including those on your document management team, system administrators, departmental owners, end users and executives.

Q: How will I join the virtual Hyland RUG?
This event is designed to be entirely virtual and simple to join from your computer, tablet or smartphone via the Zoom platform. If you are unable to connect to Zoom due to organizational restrictions or have other questions about connecting via Zoom, please email [email protected].

Q: Is joining the virtual event secure?
The Hyland RUG utilizes Zoom technology to host the virtual event. All Hyland RUG sessions are password protected. Zoom has implemented security patches (for more information, visit Zoom’s privacy and security webpage here). To ensure you have the latest version, download the Zoom app here before joining a Zoom meeting on your computer or mobile device. Otherwise, you will be prompted to download and install Zoom when you click a join link.

Q: My Hyland solution is not OnBase or Perceptive Content. Is this event applicable to me? 
Just because you don’t have either of those solutions does not mean you should skip this event. We encourage you to review the agenda and speak with your solution provider to determine if the Hyland RUG is applicable for your future goals and solution growth.  

Q: What is the cost to attend the Hyland RUG
There is no registration fee to attend the event.

Q: When is the last day I can register for the Hyland RUG?
Online registration will be accepted until the day of the event. Virtual capacity is limited and registrations are accepted on a first-to-register basis.

Q: If I received an invitation to attend, am I automatically registered?
