New Hylanders are set up for success during onboarding, and quickly begin contributing with the help of designated mentors, career resources and role-specific training.
Career development resources reinforce a culture of learning, with training, career mapping and innovative learning solutions available virtually for our global workforce. We offer formal and informal programming through Learning & Organizational Development, as well as tuition reimbursement for self-development.
Learning never stops – even for Hyland’s leadership team. New leaders receive management training, and there is always room for improvement through continuing management education, mentorships, coaching and advising programs. Education pays off – in 2019, 85 percent of leadership positions were filled internally.
Nearly 85 percent of summer interns return to Hyland, and many become full-time employees. Our interns work on meaningful projects where they gain new skills and experience while building their resumes and professional networks.
