Accessing content

The OnBase integration for Guidewire™ allows claims adjusters immediate access to OnBase content directly from a familiar Guidewire interface.

Ingesting documents

OnBase leverages the bi-directional data flow from Guidewire™ to allow for seamless ingestion of content. Import directly from an email using the OnBase integration with Outlook, or import directly from Guidewire ClaimCenter™ and classify the imported content.

Outbound correspondence 

See how to generate outbound correspondence directly from Guidewire ClaimCenter™. For example, when a claim settlement packet is built in Guidewire™, the packet can be updated to add personalization through the composition preview window, if the end user has the proper rights. With the packet content selection, any reordering of documents or deletion of documents can occur before all of these documents are merged together into one single PDF. The newly-created PDF is then stored as a new document type in OnBase. OnBase Workflow is then used to review the packet before it is shared via email or ShareBase.
