AllDocs Homecare, a Netsmart (formerly Allscripts) community care solution powered by OnBase, saves community care nurses and staff from the hassle of traveling to retrieve and deliver forms. Using the patient information already captured in Netsmart, the solution automatically pre-populates forms, eliminating manual data entry for increased accuracy. It even automatically associates complementary information, such as wound photos, photos of conditions, documents or any other captured content within the patient’s chart.
