When we started building software in 1991, doing what’s best for our employees and customers was second nature. As we’ve grown to a company of more than 3,000 strong, we are thankful that we have the opportunity make an even bigger impact on our communities as we sustain a culture that fosters generosity of spirit.

These relationships make us who we are – a united, engaged workforce that is dedicated to being a positive presence around the globe.

Community engagement

Hyland encourages and empowers employees to support the organisations that mean the most to them. We offer 12 hours per year of paid volunteer time off, non-profit organisation board-matching to help them align skill sets and interests with local organisations, and gift-matching that helps their donations go even further.

We’re proud of our relationships with programmes and organisations that have a direct impact on our communities, including Adopt-a-Family, the Red Cross, United Way, Business Volunteers Unlimited, The Centres for Families and Children and the Cleveland Food Bank.
