Making it an Easier and Better Process

Being an OnBase guru for me and my organisation has allowed me to combine my operations knowledge and my IT skills, and be able to help our business process and kind of streamline our current scattered processes and make them better.

I'm also the OnBase ambassador, I kind of help everyone. Anyone who has an idea of what they want done on OnBase, they come through me and I'll help them out any way I can.

I help travel to the branch locations and try to figure out their process and figure out “is there a way we can get this done on OnBase?” to help streamline, get the paper out of the mix, and make it much easier and a better process.
