Who should attend?

When should I register for the Hyland Summit | EMEA?

As space is limited, we strongly recommend early registration. We will accept online reservations until midnight Thursday, 31 October.

Will I be automatically registered for the Hyland Summit | EMEA if I received an invitation?

No, all parties must register themselves. To register please click here.

What are the hours for the Summit’s on-site registration desk?

The registration desk will be open beginning Tuesday, 5 November, for delegates to check in and pick up conference materials and will be staffed throughout the conference.

I missed the online registration deadline. Where can I register on-site?

Attendees will be able to register on-site at the registration desk during registration desk hours.

Can prospective customers attend the conference?

Yes, prospective customers are welcome to attend the conference! The Hyland Summit | EMEA is the perfect opportunity to see how Hyland products and solutions work in a variety of settings and applications while meeting and talking with users and employees.

Are there restrictions for Government/Public Sector Employees?

Yes, please see the following for public customers and those who require internal approval to attend the Hyland Summit | EMEA:

This invitation is issued on the condition that the attendance at the event by the organisation’s designated representative is permitted under applicable rules, laws, regulations or statutes (including any internal rules and codes of conduct that may apply) and authorised by the ethics officer, competent superior, department head, supervising authority or body, or designated executive/officer. When registering, please send a copy of this authorisation letter countersigned by such approving person as provided in the letter.

By attending this event, the attendee and the attendee’s organisation certify that attendance at the event is approved by the attendee’s organisation and that attendee will abide such laws and rules in connection with participation.

Is there a recommended conference hotel for the Hyland Summit | EMEA?

Will there be Perceptive-related content or sessions at the Hyland Summit | EMEA? How can I learn more about something that was in a presentation or workshop?

We’ll have Expert Stations on-site. Please visit us with your questions and a Hyland expert will work with you to ensure you have all the information you need.

Will I have access to the conference presentations?

Select sessions from the Hyland Summit | EMEA will be available after the conference through Hyland Community.

Hotel & Travel

Where is the conference hotel?

The Hyland Summit | EMEA will be held at the Park Inn by Radisson Amsterdam City West in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. All workshops, sessions and meals will take place on property. Please book your room with the hotel via the Travel information to secure the special conference rate. You are required to provide a credit card to reserve your room.

A limited number of discounted rooms at the Park Inn by Radisson Amsterdam City West are available at a rate of €169.00 single occupancy and €184.00 double occupancy. Rates are per night and include VAT. This exclusive Summit rate includes the hotel’s daily fresh breakfast buffet, free access to the modern fitness area and fast wireless internet access.

The reservation deadline is Friday, 25 October. Rooms are limited and may sell out before this date, so we recommend booking early to secure the discounted rate. Rooms booked after this date are subject to availability.

What is included with the exclusive Summit hotel rate?

This exclusive Summit rate includes the hotel’s daily fresh breakfast buffet, free access to the modern fitness area and fast wireless internet access.

By what date (at the latest) should I have my hotel booked?

The reservation deadline is Friday, 25 October. Rooms are limited and may sell out before this date, so we recommend booking early to secure the discounted rate. Rooms booked after this date are subject to availability.

Do I need to make my own hotel reservations?

Yes. And, to be close to the action, attendees should reserve rooms at the Park Inn by Radisson Amsterdam City West through the hotel’s online booking system.

Upon arrival, where should I go to check in?

Please check in to your room at the hotel front desk.

When is hotel check-in and check-out?

Check-in time is after 15:00.
Check out time is 12:00 noon.

Complimentary baggage storage will be available from the hotel for guests arriving before check in or departing after check out (on the same day).

What is the hotel cancellation policy? Will they charge my card when I book?

A credit card is required to hold the reservation. A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required to hold each individual’s reservation.

Individual guest rooms may be cancelled with no penalty until 14 days prior to arrival. If a guest cancels within 14 days or less of arrival, they will be charged for the full amount of the reservation. Delegates who fail to Check-in to the Hotel as arranged will be charged for late cancellation penalty equivalent to full duration of stay.

How do I get from the airport to the conference?

The Hyland Summit | EMEA takes place at the Park Inn by Radisson Amsterdam City West. The hotel has many travel options close by. Please refer to the Travel page.

At the conference

What is proper attire for the conference?

Please dress comfortably for all sessions and events, and keep in mind that layers work best for classes, where room temperatures often vary. The evening event is a casual atmosphere.

The food at the conference doesn’t meet my dietary needs. What should I do?

During the registration process, please note any specific dietary needs. When on-site, at any point when you feel the food available does not meet your dietary requirements, please make sure you contact a banquet team member. They will provide you with other options to suit your needs.
