Our Support Center is open Monday through Friday, from 8:00am – 8:00pm (Eastern time) for your convenience.
We also provide after hours support for our customers’ high priority support needs.
After hours high priority support issues should be called into our customer support line. Calls will be answered and our on-call support analyst will be paged. Support issues sent by e-mail, or logged into our Self-Service Case Center, will be responded to the next business day.
