Chris Hyland, EVP & CFO

Chris Hyland is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Chris joined the company in 1992 and has served as Chairman of the Board since 2002; Executive Vice President since 2001; Secretary of the Company since 2001; Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer since 1994.

Chris has served as a member of the Board of Directors of Hyland Software since 1993. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of University Hospitals Case Medical Center where he serves on the Nominating, Finance and President’s Advisory Committees as well as the Information Technology Sub- Committee. Chris is a member of the Board of Trustees for the Cleveland Orchestra and serves on the Orchestra’s Finance Committee.  He also serves on the Advisory Council to the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland.  Chris is a Member of the Board of Directors of Workflow.com, a software company that creates electronic health record software for primary and specialty care providers.   Additionally, Chris is a member of the National Leadership Council for Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital and is a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors. Chris earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Ohio Wesleyan University.
