Certified Records Management for DoD 5015.2

OnBase Certified Records Management for DoD 5015.2 maintains complete record information and history. It manages complex retention schedules, and it allows for the transfer and accession of records to the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA). We also offer Certified Records Management as a hosted solution with OnBase OnLine, easing administration and maintenance.

Application

For most of our customers, our Records Management will meet all of their requirements and more. However, some of our customers, such as agencies of the Department of Defense (DoD) and organizations that have contracts with those DoD agencies, may require compliance with DoD 5015.2. Certified Records Management meets those requirements.
