Alliant Credit Union once relied heavily on paper processes, particularly in the accounts payable department. Time that could have been spent supporting member services was spent collecting signatures and gathering the necessary paper work to process invoices. In November 2011, Alliant converted their AP processes to electronic workflows, using enterprise content management (ECM). The biggest benefit they've seen so far − saving time.
