Hyland Software celebrates 10,000th customer

On May 16, Hyland Software welcomed  its 10,000th customer to its Westlake, Ohio, headquarters with the steady rhythm of a drum line and the cheers of more than 1,100 employees.  But it was less about the achievement and more about the individual customer stories that underscored how Hyland has grown from a small business with a handful of employees to the enterprise content management (ECM) and business process management industry leader it has become.  By focusing on the customer first, Hyland continues to help organizations – from hospitals to credit unions to insurance companies – do their work better.
