Hyland Software and Lawson Establish Partner Agreement

Partnership to provide Lawson customers seamless content management solutions

CLEVELAND – April 5, 2007 – Hyland Software, developer of OnBase®, a rapidly deployable suite of enterprise content management (ECM) software, today announced a new partner relationship with Lawson Software, a global provider of enterprise software solutions, to deliver software solutions specifically for healthcare, retail, financial services, manufacturing and distribution industries. Hyland Software is based in Westlake, Ohio.

The right ECM solution can extend the value of an organization’s Lawson investment by providing users with immediate access to scanned images, faxes, e-mails and other documents generated outside of the system that support transactions managed in Lawson Financials, Human Capital Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Intelligence, Asset Management and industry-specific solutions. The new partnership provides a proven option to companies looking for a content management solution used by other Lawson customers.

The impetus for the relationship began in the healthcare industry. Of Hyland’s nearly 600 healthcare customers, more than 220 hospitals are using OnBase in conjunction with their Lawson applications.
