Implementation Services teams enable you to rely on ECM experts to ensure the design, project management, implementation and testing of your system stays on time, within scope and under budget. We understand what’s at stake. Every day, we build solutions that are easy to operate, use, maintain, modify and extend.

Project Services provide expertise and guidance to ensure plans, goals and timelines are followed and that stakeholder expectations are met. Our PMP and PMI-certified project management professionals can provide end-to-end project management, or consult for a single phase of the project—such as discovery.

Outsourced System Administration (OSA) Services can provide a certified ECMp and CDIA+ expert to fill a temporary vacancy in this role, or to provide side-by-side training of OSA responsibilities with your staff so that they will succeed in this role for a new or expanded solution.

Global Cloud Services manages and maintains OnBase Online. Hyland Software’s cloud-based offering is used by hundreds of customers on four continents, and provides all of the functionality and benefits of OnBase within, N+1 redundant and geographically dispersed data centers. All data centers are SAS 70, Type II certified, and OnBase Online is SysTrust certified and SOC 2 audited, enabling us to meet even the most stringent requirements for high-availability and data privacy.

Database Platform Migration Services provide unparalleled expertise when upgrading to a new version of an existing database or migrating to a new platform altogether. As part of this service, our Oracle®- and Microsoft®-certified database engineers validate all data elements were successfully migrated to the destination database and provide comprehensive maintenance documentation.

Custom Solutions Services extend the capabilities of OnBase across other enterprise systems, or even to public-facing web sites. Our real-time, two-way integrations provide documents and engage automated workflows directly from systems like Lawson™, PeopleSoft®, Datatel® and SAP®. Our web portal solutions allow smart, self-service document and service transactions for your vendors, customers or constituents.

Disaster Recovery Services work with you to create a comprehensive disaster recovery plan. We start by analyzing both business processes and OnBase technology dependencies, and then we define and document the steps that need to be taken for recovery, including the specific cloud technology or replication methods that would best suit your high-availability or compliance requirements. Documentation includes the order in which tasks must be performed and who needs to do them.
