Ultimate Learning Experience
You’re interested in an internship because you want to learn, and Hyland wants to make sure you walk away from your internship with the ultimate learning experience. Our interns set goals and checkpoints with their supervisor to make sure they gain the most knowledge possible throughout their Hyland experience.
Training
At Hyland we know the value and benefits of a great education. We strive to ensure all of our employees receive the tools they need to be successful in their roles. Our internship training program gives interns all of the resources they’ll need to excel.
Useful Projects
Our interns work in both groups and individually to accomplish their goals while at Hyland. All work is purposeful and relevant to the intern’s goals.
Relationships
Because one of Hyland’s Core Values is “Employees are our family,” we want our interns to feel like they’re part of our family. Interns have consistent interaction with their mentor and all other team members in order to build great working relationships.

A: All internships are located at Hyland’s headquarters in Westlake, Ohio.

A: The internship schedule is set by both you and the manager to appropriate time frame. The schedule will also vary based on the requirements for the internship.

A: Yes. All Hyland internships are paid, taking into account prior experience and skill set.
