Mark Davis, VP of Technical Services

Mark Davis is Vice President of Technical Services, responsible for supporting the global network of partners who sell, design and implement OnBase solutions. In this capacity, he provides direction and oversight to our installation, professional services and education services groups.

A retired Colonel, Mark joined the Hyland Software management team in 2001. Before joining the company, he served as Director of the Army’s Operations Research Center of Excellence and as an assistant professor in the Department of Systems Engineering at the U.S. Military Academy.

Mark received an M.S. in Computer Science from the U.S. Naval Postgraduate School and an M.B.A. from the University of Puget Sound. He received his Bachelor of Science from the U.S. Military Academy.
