The Long & Winding (Paperless) Road To Workflow Improvement

In April 2011, Alliant Credit Union decided to implement an enterprise content management (ECM) solution, after seeing that their current document imaging system was limiting what they could do with the content they were storing. After they deployed their OnBase solution, they were able access documents from multiple systems, and leverage electronic workflows – saving both time and money, which ultimately benefits the credit union's members. Now, Alliant is focused on finding other ways to continue to improve business processes across the organization.
