Web Parts for Microsoft SharePoint®

Microsoft SharePoint users can search, retrieve, view and interact with the OnBase documents, business processes and collaboration spaces they need to perform their primary job responsibilities from within a SharePoint Web page using the Web Parts for Microsoft SharePoint module. OnBase Web Parts extend various modules and functionality to the SharePoint interfact to create role-based workspaces that increase worker productivity. More than a dozen OnBase Web Parts are available, including Business Process Monitoring (BAM), Custom Query,Document Knowledge Transfer (DKT), E-Forms, Envelopes, File Upload, Foldering, Workflow, and WorkView.

OnBase Web Parts for Microsoft SharePoint utilizes standard authentication methods to allow for a single sign-on experience while maintaining required high levels of user security. This means that users are not prompted for their OnBase credentials each time a page is loaded, providing a seamless, hassle-free user experience.

Application

Organizations can extend their SharePoint environments to include OnBase transactional content management without the need for custom development. By implementing these Web Parts to access all of the high-volume imaging, transactional and workflow processes that OnBase provides, these processes can be displayed alongside legacy business applications through consistent, browser-based SharePoint client interfaces.

SharePoint administrators and users can quickly build complex, highly personalized interfaces ranging from high-level executive dashboards to views that enable efficient transactional process management and monitoring. Displaying this information via a Web Part does not consume an OnBase license; a license is not required until the user interacts with the document itself.
